Pricing questions
A reward is "applied" when a qualifying transaction captures savings for a clinic. Manufacturers are billed only for those events — never for setup, seats, or monthly access.
$2 is the default. The per-reward fee is configurable, and volume tiers bring it down as your program scales. Our earliest manufacturer partners also receive introductory rates.
No. Clinics and sales reps use Nuvo completely free. The platform is funded entirely by the per-reward fee paid by manufacturers.
Standard per-clinic, per-rep, and per-product reporting is included. Competitive share-of-wallet analytics are available as a paid add-on.
